All items are handmade to order.

Please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
For complex or custom designs, processing time may take longer. You will be notified if this applies to your order.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7-21 business days
  • Asia (including Japan, Singapore): 7-14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.

For orders shipped to the United States and other international destinations, these charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer
